This is delicious hot fudge perfect for ice cream!
2 cups Sugar
4 Tbsp Cocoa
4 Tbsp Flour
1 can Evaporated Milk
4 Tbsp Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
Mix Sugar, Cocoa, Flour. Slowly add Milk. Stir and add Butter. Cook to boiling. Boil 2 1/2 minutes (constantly). Add Vanilla.
